Orders received after 11:00 AM Central time cannot be processed until the next business day since that is the cutoff time for shipping from our cheesecake provider.
No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Changes to address information after the order has been shipped result in a $10.00 charge.
We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs. FedEx charges $10.00 for incorrect addresses, which we are forced to pass on.
The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home.
Hospital deliveries -- please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. Please note: Gifts to recipients in hospitals take an additional 3-4 days for the hospital to process and deliver.
